Our Mission

Our goal is to build high quality new homes, at an affordable price. We construct homes which are energy efficient, safe and comfortable.  The homes are built using only quality material and the finest craftsmanship.  

We build homes in Branford, Guilford and Madison, Connecticut.  Each home that we build is an outstanding example of attention to detail, pride of workmanship and exquisite design. We take great pride in the homes that we build.  Our reputation is that we are honest in our dealings and we help contribute to enhancing the quality of the communities that we build in. 

Company Profile

The Vigliotti Construction Company is a local, family-owned business. It was founded in 1973 by Alex Vigliotti. His approach, since he built his first house, is to have the client involved with each phase of the building process, and to give each client his personal attention through out that process.  Along with his sons John and Frank, they strive to help you realize your dream.
