Construction Specifications

You will be provided with a complete list of all the materials that will be used in your home, from the foundation to the roof, including all of today's modern amenities. For those buyers that wish, we will provide as many custom features as you can dream of.  

Custom Selection and meeting with Vendors and Suppliers

Each home is a reflection of the buyer's individual taste and personality. You will be able to work directly with all of our vendors and suppliers to make your selections of cabinetry, tile, trim, and fixtures, so that your home is unique and truly a reflection of your own personal style.

We will coordinate your appointments with all of the vendors and suppliers that you will need to visit in order to complete your custom selections. We will stay in contact with you throughout the process to ensure that all selections are made in conjunction with your construction schedule.
